HOW ARE MY CREDIT CARDS HANDLED WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE?

At no time does our staff or management have access to any of your credit card details. Unless you have given one of our staff your credit card details over the telephone they are passed directly across the internet to Eway, our credit card gateway as you type the details in and at no time do we see those details.



ARE MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL DETAILS SAFE WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE?

Yes, absolutely safe. We use the latest technology in security. From the moment you sign into our site until you sign out your personal and financial details are completely safe.



WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE USING MY CREDIT CARD WHY DOES IT SAY "CREDIT CARD BEING STORED"?

The reason we use the stored option is very simple. When you place your order your credit card is stored with Eway and does not get charged until we are ready to dispatch your order. This means that in the event of your order being delayed your credit card has not been charged while you are waiting.

You may also decide to cancel your order for whatever reason this means we do not have to go through the costly process of returning your funds to your credit card account through the banking system - we simply cancel the order.



I LIVE OVERSEAS CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE USING MY CREDIT CARD?

Sadly, we must say no... With the exception of New Zealand we do not accept credit cards from any other country. This being said we will accept a credit card payment from established clients.

We will not accept any orders that originate in Australia but use an International credit card for payment.
