Delivery Charges 

We charge a flat fee of $12.00 inc. GST anywhere in Australia. New Zealand customers will need to contact us prior to ordering for delivery costs

Couriers 

We use couriers for two reasons. Speed is one reason but the most important is, should your delivery go astray we will send you out a replacement immediately because it is covered by insurance.  

Australia Post 

We only use Express Post from Australia Post if we are asked to, mainly for PO Box or country area deliveries.  Unlike couriers if Australia Post lose an item we will not replace it unless, and not until Australia Post has paid for the item - and this can take some time for us to claim.

Instructing Couriers 

One thing you must remember about couriers is they are not employed by us. Many couriers are independent so while we will pass on your requests about delivery we cannot force them to comply.

In some cases it is company policy not to leave anything without a signature. A courier does not want to come back if he can avoid it – it’s just another cost they can do without. So there are many times when they would like nothing better than to leave your delivery behind or under the plant pot – on the porch, or back of the screen door – yet they don’t because they feel in certain cases it could be unsafe. 

If no one is going to be at home because of work maybe you could have it sent to your place of employment, or a neighbour or a friend. These alternatives are better than having it sat on your doorstep all day.
