We are happy to accept software returns as long as certain guidelines are met.
Unless faulty.
1. Software will be returned to us unopened.
2. Software must be in its original box - be in good condition – be unopened for re sale.
To avoid any unnecessary frustration and expense please check to see that the software you ordered is actually what you want – if in doubt – please ask us before opening.
Software that is returned to us because it is faulty will be sent direct to the manufacturers for testing.
Remember, the software must reach us in good condition so please make sure it is well protected.
It is not our responsibility to track the software when returned to us, so make sure it is sent by courier or another way that can be tracked by you should it get lost.
One Final Point
Should the packaging, when the software arrives, be damaged do not accept it. If you do accept it and upon opening you find the software damaged you must inform us immediately.
